I am currently a holder of a PGWP and I have applied for non express entry PR (provincial nominee) and I am waiting for the AOR. I am planning to get married soon and I will inform the IRCC to add my spouse to my application so both of us get the PR.
My question is can I apply for an open work permit for my spouse while there is an ongoing PR application?
