Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone have done this or this is the right thing to do.
1) I have submitted my application for Spousal Sponsorship (Outland) in Dec 2016, however I have not got the UCI or File number until now. Is this normal?
2) The other thing is, once I have the UCI/File #, Can I apply for Open Work Permit ? Please advice if I can then can I apply being outside of Canada or I have to be in Canada to apply for that as I have got Temporary Visitors Visa (TRV) in hand.
I would want to be with my family (my wife and a child) in Canada so just thinking about the options.
