Can anyone tell me whether or not this is the case now. I am submitting an OPW for my partner who we are doing permanent residency common-law sponsorship with (we didn't submit the permit with our PR). I am reading online that now there is biometrics that is/did come in to effect for Dec 3 2019 (last week or so). Does anyone have any details about this that might have filed recently. This ticks me off and maybe serves me right for not doing it earlier because this might cause problems as we are going away on holiday tomorrow for a few weeks. Would we need to do biometrics before we send it off? I am a little bit confused about this now
this would change the overall fees to $155+$100+$85 Biometrics = $340 total
