Open Work Permit approved , 5 weeks later still have no details how to get visa

Hi,
I applied online for my open work permit.I have received a message in my cic account telling me that my application is approved.The message told me i would receive an online message telling me how to get my visa. It has been 5 weeks and I have not received any message. Has anyone else gone through this and know how long it takes to get the letter which will tell me how to get my visa.I really want to be living in Canada by end of June.

It soulds like your common law partner is here on a work permit and you have applied for an open work permit based on the work permit he holds. If that's the case, you should post your question to the Foreign Workers section of this forum.
