OPEN WORK PERMIT APPLICATION, ASKING TO UPLOAD ITINERARY?

My Hubby is filling up an Open Work Permit application online and one of the requirements is to upload an itinerary. We are both here in Canada as foreign workers but we have a PNP application (I am principal applicant and we have AOR already). What would he upload if he is here in Canada? Help please

if your applying open workpermit and your applying online then ,even though if you have AOR and medical done still they need supporting letter from your PNP office.if your pnp certificate has workpermit resctriction indicated your employer name and job then i would suugest you to apply for close workpermit.recently one of mine friend applied online who already even paid his landing fee and poilice clearance got rejected for open workpermit reason not submiting supporting letter from province.better way if you have time and can go to nearest boarder to do flag pole then you dont have to wait more then 30 minutes you can get either renew or open workpermit.
funny thing is i applied paper based by post open workpermit dint even submit supporting letter got open work permit after almost 70 days plus

i think you have experience to extend work permit at US-CANADA Border so please provide me some advise to extend my work permit which is going to expire on 30 may 2015.
do we need to fill out all the form as we apply online or paper application to extend work permit ?
how much we have to pay there for work permit ?
Can we pay cash or with credit card ?
what document we need to show them ?
and any other important information related to work permt extend at border ?

i have "BC PNP approval letter", "work permit support letter","Pay stub of last 21 months",Employer Reference Letter" ETC.
In my BC PNP Approval letter has wrritten :-Restrictions on Employment:NO
but there is wrritten Business name and my Occupation and NOC.
can be also apply OPEN WORK PERMIT ?
i have submitted my BC PNP PR Application to CIO, Nova Scotia,Sydney on 01 December 2014.
still Waiting for AOR ? hopefully in April OR May 2015.
