Open work permit application after refused

I have applied open work permit in April month based on my PR application status but some of reason (was not eligible) got refused.
and now I want to apply again with missing documents for BOWP eligibility.

my question, is there any time period I need to wait before apply WP again.. ? got refused on April 25
because I heard from one of my friend we can not apply at least 3 month once WP refused.

Please suggest me
