Hello Everyone ,
I am a little stressed and i need help With a query .

I landed Canada on Multiple Entry Visitor Visa on September 8th 2016 Calgary Alberta with my Wife who is a Canadian Citizen.
I applied for my open work permit Application on 14th September 2016 which was recieved and delievered on September 15th 2016 at Vegraville office.. As my wife was preganent so we needed a Doctors note , i submitted my Sponsorship Application with wife s doctor's note and my upfront medical Docs on October 11th 2016 , My application of Sponsorship was Delivered and Recieved on 11th October 2016 at Mississauga Ontario office. Now , i am trying to link my both the paper Applications the OWP and PR to my cic account , but again and again repeteadly its showing a error file not found or information entered does not match , but i crossed checked the information but its again the same thing .
Can anyone help me with this and any idea , when can i recieve my Acknowledgment letter or File number with OWP?

You should have submitted the OWP application together with the inland sponsorship application. Since you submitted the OWP application ahead of the inland sponsorship application - I think you're guaranteed a refusal on the OWP.

+1 here.

Unless the PR app is somehow magically entered before they assess the OWP. But that would also require them searching for an active inland PR app too.

Big odds that they won't, but who knows, it's close to Christmas!
