My open work permit is expiring october 12 , and lmia is under process. So i will apply wp extension should i apply closed or open?
If i apply closed with lmia supporting documents so can i work with any employer as i will in maintened status until lmia is in process? Or i have to work with the employer mentioned on lmia application after my open work permit expire. I'm really confused pls guide me. Thank you in advance
