I have applied under CEC. Haven't received ITA yet. My case is like :
I started working as Food Service Supervisor for the guy for 6 months.
Then he transferred me to his other company as Administrative Assistance.
During all this experience i was on open work permit and in my EE profile i mentioned no when it asked about LMIA for current work permit and Have you worked for an year with the employer.
have i entered the right answers? Officially i worked for 2 companies, one at a time, under same owner.
Now my work permit is expiring. I have to get closed work permit that will be employer specific.
1. will it effect my point ? Will i get more points because it will be employer specific and LMIA exempt work permit.
2. will it be still okay to keep yes as an answer where it asked have you worked for an year with the employer you have job offer letter from?
