Open Bridge work permit without LMIA

Hello everyone, I am really confused about getting my open bridge work permit.
I got the invite for PR under express entry and have submitted the documents and got the AOR as well. My work permit and visa expires on September 8, I tried to go on cic website to apply for the open bridge work permit but its asking if I have lmia, if I answer no to that it says unfortunately I cannot proceed as it is required. I don't have LMIA from my job since I got the points based on my experience and ielts, I am confused on how to proceed from here without having lmia and getting the OBWP.

Make sure you answer all other questions correctly in the tool.

As Call Centre told answer must be YES for question Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada? With answer YES you can apply for BOWP
