No. Your EE profile is available for 'regular' ITA until you receive and accept the provincial nomination.

Does my chances gets low...if i click Ontario + Saskatchewan ? Because due to huge demand OOPNP might now accept me , but I might get selected on SASK.

So is this written anywhere that If i click both the province I will not be selected for ON or SASK?

So when I accept oopnp it will hide express entry profile for ITA.

sunil if you get pnp then they will add 600 points once you accept nomination. so it will double your chance to get ITA. so there is no harm in applying for pnp whether it is ontario or Saskatchewan.

What about if i Opt ON + Sask? both together for getting PT. Is this will be a problem in getting PT from any of them? DO they feel any negative that I opt both as interest to live?

I'm not privy to their internal decision making process but none of the provinces have indicated anywhere in their program guidelines that applicants will be penalized or rejected for applying to more than 1 provincial program.
