OOPNP Time lines, Fees and Whether its worth or wait for ITA

Hi Guys,

Need your help here..

I had submitted my EE profile with 467 points on 10th June 2015 and received OOPNP letter today.

I dont have any Job offer so is this OOPNP works with Job Offer or without job Offer ?
Whats the fee of applying for PNP ?
Is it worth to apply for PNP or shall I wait for Independent ITA ?
If I dont accept the PNP, Will I still be eligible in EE pool ? Or Do I need to reject it?
For how long PNP invitation remains valid ?

Yes. You are free to reject it or ignore it and it will lapse in 45 days.
