OOPNP - Things to do after receiving AoR (FSW)

Is there anything that the applicant can do to facilitate Ontario for getting the Nomination ? This is esp. for FSW candidates outside of Canada. What will Ontario be doing in background check before giving nominations ?

Not many FSW applicants have received nomination yet so we cannot really confirm what they do for background checking. You can just keep your employers informed that they might receive a call or a mail but there is nothing much you can do from your side.

Yes it is still a black box for FSW candidates. However, as we know, the most important aspect is reference check for all past jobs.

Do you think it would be a good idea to send a separate sheet with each employer and contact address (updated one) for all past positions? This should help them to contact them. I am not sure if they check for all past jobs.
