Guys my bro got a PT today and will be applying for OOPNP under CEC, for ties to ontario can he show that me meaning he has a sis who also lives here in ontario? but im not a PR yet either.
For funds, he didnt state he has $12k monthly on his EE profile for funds ava, should he jst provied copies of 6 month bank statmnts? also he does have a debt with one creditor, should he pay that off in full? can he state anywhere that i also help him financially, i mean we share the accoomdation n other living expenses as well.
Also, he is working n been working in canada, does he need ref letter from those part time jobs as well he did when he was a student? none of them were skilled though but he does have them listed on his resume.
Also my name is also on the lease along with his name, but im the one who sends rent thru email trf to our landlord, we dont get a monthly receipt, but we can ask the landlord to write a letter stating that we both paying/sharing the rent? my bro gives me cash sometimes thru email trf. we initially had a 1 yr lease, n both our names were on it, n that was from 2011 to 2012, should he send a copy of that as well? n its jst month to month now. no such lease.
