To qualify for the additional 5 points under adaptability, your spouse should have CLB 4 or higher...

You can add jobs w/o reference letters but that will not count towards your experience in the specific NOC that you are applying. Reference letter is kind of mandatory as it proves your roles and responsibilities against the NOC's
