OOPNP - Personal and Work History Update Form

Hi All,

I have submitted my OOPNP application to Ontario on 12th Sept and till now i have not received any sort of AOR from them about my application.

In my OOPNP Application Under "Personal and Work History Section", I have mentioned my most recent activity as "Working at XYZ company from 01 Oct 2014 till 30 Sep 2015".

My contract is renewed with the same company on same salary, designation, and job duties.

I need to ask for your suggestions that

SHOULD I SUBMIT CHANGE IN PERSONAL FORM HIGHLIGHTING THIS UPDATE IN MY WORK HISTORY?

I am confused because they have asked in the Personal History Change Form about file number and i have not received any file number.

I am in urgent need of your guidance and help.

File number is whom, they have applied before for PR. And you can just email the updated documents alone by email to them stating my contract as been renewed

So should i email them my updated Work and Personal History Table highlighting my updated timeline in the email details and ignore the Personal History Form ?

Mention your First and Last name, DOB, along with your express entry profile no, job id in your Email along with your contract renewal document and not the actual form
