Just wondering if anyone received the OOPNP Invitations very recently ,

I have created my EE profile with 430 points on July 28th

It seems OOPNP have sent enough of PT-invitations to applicants with CRS of 400+ ..

I will suggest you to wait for next 2-3 draws, things will be more clear by then.. As there are applicants who have got PTs and they have 45 days to accept/reject PTs..

Anyone have a clue on what is there criteria besides profile after June 1st, and 400+ points?

Dont believe its NOC related.. Maybe english level? Maybe single or family related?

Created mine in mid july and still no PT

As there's no obvious trend, it may very well be random luck.

I think it's more likely these days to get PT when you qualify for the French Speaking Stream.

I am new here. How does a person gets invites via OOPNP? Do we have to register some place else other than EE? Or we need an employer to sponsor us? I guess its the latter. Right?

No. Ontario decides based on the criteria defined by them on their site. Job offer isn't mandatory.
