OOPNP missed bus ?

I just got my marks updated and have now finally crossed 400+.
How do i apply for OOPNP.
Do i need and wait for Ontario Immigration to send me a invite or i can just start?

You can't apply - you'll have to wait for them to invite you.

I am waiting for OOPNP PT too, seems like they have stopped for some reason.

OOPNP might have temporarily paused for a while. Not sure if they have issued TI for all 2700. Even if they have, there will be drop-out's, cancellations, rejections and hence to make up for it, they might come after a while. I think it's a good idea to have the profile created after June 1st with interest to Ontario/ All province and see if you are being called at some time. Meanwhile, you can start exploring other options as well.
