OOPNP invite

Hey Guys,

I have submitted my EE profile and got a score of 447.
I am very much interested in getting OOPNP and to apply for immigration through it. However i have following few questions in my mind and would be really thankful to you guys if you answer them;

1. I have solely expressed my interests to settle down in ontario. Howcan i further enhance my chances to get OOPNP invite ?

2. As mentioned on their website that i have to provide strong ties to ontario state in order to receive OONP invite. Can a guy like me with foreign education and work experience can get invited ?

3. As mentioned on this form multiple times that an applicant receives an OOPNP invite automatically after he makes a new EE profilewith score bove 400. I have a score of 447 but from last 1 week, i havent received any OOPNP invite. Can you guys tell me how long it takes before i can getan invite for OOPNP ?

I called Ontario Immigration. They said they have a cap, candidates invited in first come first serve manner

2. As mentioned on their website that i have to provide strong ties to ontario state in order to receive OONP invite. Can a guy like me with foreign education and work experience can get invited ?
as long as you qualify for CEC or FSW yes you can get invited

3. As mentioned on this form multiple times that an applicant receives an OOPNP invite automatically after he makes a new EE profilewith score bove 400. It seems like they have a backlog from the impression I am getting from calling them. Patience is the key...
