OOPNP Educational Documents query

Guys i got PT from ontario on 26th.

They have mentioned in the application that i need to provide certified educational documents. My documents are as follows;

1. What do they mean by certified true copies of educational documents ?
2. Do i have to send the educational documents from bachelor degree level or from grade 10 ?

I am an outside canada applicant with all education from outside canada.

Weird! This is a requirement ONLY for Canadian educational credentials. For foreign education, they just want a copy of the ECA report. You don't have to send them school credentials - just the ECA for Bachelors and above would suffice.

Also, just a photocopy of WES ECA will be ok... I guess ?

That would do. If WES sent you 2 copies of the ECA report, you can choose to send 1 of those to OINP. EE will never ask you for a physical copy of the ECA.

I only got 1 copy from WES as they mentioned in the mail that they have already sent other copy to CIC.

I hope sending a photocopy of wes won't create any problems

If you dont mind me asking one more question about passport copy.
My new passport just contains entry and exit stamps while my old passport contains visas and other entry/exit stamps of different countries.
Should i just send my new passport or should i also attach a copy of old passport with my application as well ?
