hi,

i have got my invite for pnp application on oct 8th. my package was delivered today,24th nov due to a delay in package delivery by fedex.
Since Ontario PNP has 45 days of limit, does it mean it is 45 calender days or 45 business working days?
if it is 45 days, will they reject my application? will i get a chance to explain my delay?

I am very sorry to tell you that I have heard cases in the past where the applications that were received after the deadline were returned. You can e-mail them showing proof that you mailed the application on time and there was an unexpected delay on the courier company's part. They *might* consider your plea. Be honest and as polite as possible.

Good luck and all the best!!!!

Guys! Re-creating profile for PT is for real. Ontario has made it official!

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html

So, those of who haven't received a PT yet, go ahead and recreate your profile and get a PT.

Good luck and all the very best!!

thanks raj!

in some other thread, a guy who got his package returned, pulled out & recreated his profile & got the PT for the second time. If i email this information now, can Ontario back track me & stop me from applying for the second time (if i get a PT though) ?

:) . Good question!

Well, you can do either of these things! That is up to you!

But re-creating another profile is a long shot because it is year end and most likely, the number of PTs issued might have been drastically reduced.

Good luck!
