Unfortunately, you are ineligible for CEC. You became ineligible on 5th May 2015 itself.

But you can still apply for OOPNP because you are eligible under FSW. That does mean the messy business of POF becomes important but that's how it is.

All the best!

But Asivad, I have a doubt; he/she was working from June 2011-May 2013 right? So cant he take the Exp from May 2012- May 2013 ?
So that will be within last 3 years right? Or they wont count it like that?

CEC eligibility is counted based on when someone stopped working in Canada. The OP's last 1 full year of experience was gained between 5th May 2012 and 5th May 2013. The 3 year counter starts from 5th May 2012 and ends at 5th May 2015. Hence the OP automatically became ineligible under CEC on that date.

Of course, the easiest way is to show funds in the bank. However, as you are authorized to work and currently working in Canada, you should be able to convince CIC without having all the funds in the bank and supplementing that with other documentary evidence including your pay stubs, tax statements etc.
