Hey all, just want someone to confirm my logic for me, if possible.
I received a NOI from Ontario yesterday. I understand that the validity of the NOI is 6 months, and that I must create a profile within the 6 months and have 14 days from creation of profile to submit my application.
So if say, I create a profile and open an application, and then for some reason decide to withdraw it, the NOI is still valid for the 6 months? Or I effectively declined it?
