Ontario provincial nominee application - how to create a settlement plan?

Hi all,

A friend living abroad is considering to apply for immigration - Ontario PNP, and has asked me on how to create a settlement plan, has anyone done this before? What are they looking for, any guidelines or information would be helpful?

I would like to help him, but unfortunately i have very little knowledge on the PNP process, it would be great if you could also outline the major milestones throughout the process - just to get an idea about the timelines and what he can expect.

Settlement Plan is required for SINP.
OINP requires a letter of intend to reside in Ontario.

If your friend gets Ontario notification in his express entry pool, he can go through this guide for help in preparing the application.

Settlement plan is not needed for Ontario it is only for Saskatchewan.
