Ontario PR (PNP Stream) Application Timeline

Hi all,

I have applied for PR through the Ontario PNP stream. I completed my medical exam in the second week of July 2014.

I would appreciate if some of you could share your timelines to see how long it takes after completing the medical to hear back from CIC and what the next steps are.

There is a quality assurance project in progress since June/July 2014 for Ontario PNP applicants (Skilled Worker, Master/Phd Streams etc.). You are expected to hear from CIC after the conclusion of this project provided your application is also identified in QA.

Thank you for the info.

I went through quite a few posts in the thread you referenced but it is all random stuff. I even tried to find info about the QA project on CIC website but nothing turned up.

Would you be able to provide a link for I for official info on this QA by CIC by any chance or maybe just provide a brief summary of what this is and how it effects time line? I did get a call from Ontario PNP office (by that time my file had already been forwarded to Ottawa office as I've applied from within Canada so that happens to be my visa office) in Sept 2014 just asking my whereabouts that whether I was still in Ontario or not and where I was working at the time.

There is no specific information on QA project that answer your questions officially available on Ontario PNP or CIC website. In my case LVO replied that they don't know when this project will end
