Hi,

I came to Canada as an international student and I am got my work permit recently.
It is extremely difficult find employment in Ontario related to skill category 0, A, or B.

I am working at a convenience store at the moment and they offered me an assistant manager post, but I refused their offer because they pay the minimum wage (14$) for that title/position.

My question is can I apply for a PNP with that job offer?

I don't think you can. I think the wage is too low for it to qualify as a job offer.
