Ontario PNP - Please note that this nomination is not valid for CIC's EE program

Hi Friends,
I received my nomination on April 29. There is a note mentioning that - Please note that this nomination is not valid for CIC's Express Entry program.

Does this mean that we cannot get additional 600 points for EE? And that the only way to apply is through CIC Provincial nominees program ??

It means u cannot apply through express entry and u can apply for PR through general process ,not under Express Entry.
