Oinp opened Its popular base streams called International Student with Job offer and foreign workers with job offer after almost one year. These categories work in two step process where first step is taken by employer who wants to sponsor a foreign worker or an international student graduated from canada. These streams were Closed last year on may 9th due to backlog. Now it is opened again with new online system. This program is last resort for people who have only done post graduate diploma and/or they have low ielts score. Moreover, This is for those who doesn't qualify under express entry. OINP is Processing applications at faster rate as compared to last 2 years and i think they are going to process the applications in about 3 months. For employer, Requirement is still same. They have to have annual revenue of 1 Million dollars in GTA and 500,000 out of GTA.
