Ontario PNP NOI

Is Ontario sending out any NOI under HCP for 400+ CRS? When was the last time anyone received an NOI?

No, they aren't at the moment. Last time I guess it was July.

I understand that they have opened the HCP stream. But my friend didn't get the NOI. He deleted his profile and recreated it yesterday but no movement so far.
I was wondering if anyone else in this forum has tried to do this and received the NOI from OINP.. Thanks
