Today I have received email from Opportunity Ontario about Missing information. Can anyone help me clarify what they require? Appreciate for your help.
1. what occupation do you intend to work in Ontario? What should I put as occupation, financial analyst doesn't count, right?
2. For initial, is that just the first letter of given name, or first letter of given and surname?
3. I am applying it by myself. Why I need submit the representative form?
4. "For fields not applicable to you, enter “N/A” in the field" Does that mean I need put N/A in any field which is empty. For example, I don't have middle name. Then N/A in the field.
5. Copy of birth certificate. I sent a birth certificate in the original package. It's in English and certified in notary institution in China. Is there any expiration date for birth certificate?
6. I submitted IELTS result already and it's obtained within last 12 months. Why they require me to submit again?
