Ontario PNP - International Masters Graduate Stream

Hey guys I need some information regarding the this program.

I will be graduating with a masters degree coming January. I am thinking of applying for the nomination and then for PR.

Q1. How long does it take to get the nomination after submitting all the documents?

Q2. After getting the nomination how long does it take to get the PR? I will be getting the post grad work permit for at least 18 months. Would I be able to get PR during that time?

Q3. What are the chances of getting the nomination and also for the PR under this stream?

Also one more question,

CIC website shows that If you apply for PR under PNP while residing in CANADA, it takes around 16 months. Does it normally take that long? I dont understand why in some countries PNP processing time is lower than in Canada. For example in France its only 9 months.
