Ontario PNP - Human Capital Stream Quota Closed 2017?

I just got to know from my consultant that Ontario HCP is not allowing any more registrations as the intake reached its quota limit. So those who have received NOI from them can't submit applications anymore? Can anyone help us with what can be done?

Thanks mate! My Birth certificate got delayed and I had everything ready today! But can't accept Ontario Invite and submit my profile. I am so worried now

I seriously hope that they re-open the stream soon! By the way, do you guess how soon they will reopen this HCP stream intake again? I am sure they will have some quota and they can't take more people than the allowed quota!

My guess is they will resume from 2nd June or 10th June once they have nominated applicants. We have seen increased applicants in May and some of their offices are closed for maintenance resulting into citizens using online services. So, everything will be back to normal in a week or so.

Ok, the submission error now seems to be rectified. Applicants are now able to submit their applications to OINP, so hopefully, registration matter will also be sorted shortly.

I submitted my application today, just a couple of hours ago.
The website was very slow and the documents were taking very long to upload.

In the end there was a technical glitch - my credit card was charged but I didn't get a confirmation. Also, my status is not updated yet. But these are just minor glitches and Ontario says in the application guide that these things sometimes happen due to heavy traffic on their website. So I'm not worried. Yet.

Does anyone have any idea about how the Notification of Interest from Ontario through your IRCC online account will look like?
because I just got the below message in my IRCC is it supposed to mean that I can go ahead with Ontario PNP process?
