Ontario PNP - Graduate Masters Stream - Funds to show

Hi,

I am planning to apply for Ontario PNP under Graduate Masters Stream without Job Offer. I came to know that, we need to show a minimum funds of 11,396$. Do we need to show this balance over a span of 6 months or is it sufficient to show this balance just at the time of application?
