Yes, u can apply with a diploma. All u needed was 400 points to be eligible for their program.
Unfortunately, OINP has closed their intake last May 2016. Hopefully, they will open soon, so keep all ur docs updated and ready to send. If u can apply in the first week of opening, u can get a quick nomination.

Yes the minimum requirement for OINP Human Capital Priorities Stream is Bachelors.krunal2904 said:

I think 3 years advance diploma considered as bachelor's degree ! under EE profile you will get the same points for 3 years diploma or 4 years bachelor's degree..Zim said:

Hello guys I am currently in the same situation. I want to apply but getting a proper answer for whether to apply for OINP Human Capital stream with Advanced Diploma or not.
