Ontario PNP - at 401 score?

Good day,

Just want your valuable advise regarding my case as below:

What are the chances of getting Ontario PNP with current score in EE profile 401.
I have my sister in Ontario so will it be helpful for getting some preference? I know from June 2017 their will be some change in score calculation.

My NOC - 2282 (4 years exp)

You are eligible but it is not guaranteed. Having a score of 400+ does not mean you will get it. Not everyone above 400 for a notification of interest
