My fiance and I are both in Ontario,Canada. She has applied for her PNP in Ontario in October and should receive it latest by 3rd or last week of April this year and I am on a post graduation work permit expiring in August this year. We are getting married on April 15 and should have our record of solemnization that very day day and a marriage certificate by end of June. Does anyone know how can I apply for PR with her? Do I have to be nominated under ontario PNP as well or just be a dependant when she is applying for PR. Also, should I extend my work permit first(on basis of marriage certificate) before applying for PR? Lastly, do I have to wait for marriage certificate to apply or can I use my record of solemnization instead?
