I have 419 CRS points. I clicked all provinces and territories in my profile, have I done what I need to get nominated by Ontario? or do I click both Ontario and all provinces and territories?

That is, I checked the single box that says all territories. or do I check each and every box?

Nobody's really sure whether we should tick all, or those 2 only. I guess what matters is Ontario is ticked. I myself have been waiting for the elusive PT letter from Ontario for more than a month now.

The instructions under Register for Express Entry on http ://ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/ OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL.html says:
When you register for Express Entry, you must indicate your interest in immigrating to either Ontario or “All Provinces and Territories.”
That probably means that you can tick either of those boxes.
