I applied for an open working under ‘H1B visa holder’ public policy yesterday and selected intended province to live and work as ’Ontario’. While checking the status under application tracker, I see Destination mentioned as ‘Ontario NES, ON’.
Does that mean IRCC will only grant me an open work permit for the province I selected while submitting an application? If that so, can I raise a webform and request them to update province as ‘Unknown’ ?
