SIR, I READ FULL MANUAL FOR OINP.

I want to know about sending the application package to the OINP.

1) my bank statement is from October 2015 to January 2016 , my account was opened in October 2015. will it be ok to send bank statement of 5 months ?

2) i have sibling (relative) in canada , what document i should send for proving our relation, he dont have birth certificate. can i send the 12th class certificate of him, which has our parents name mentioned on that.

8) No, please try to get the statement for 6 months, and include the rest of the requirements that a Bank statement/letter should have.

That should do. It would be good, if you can include a notarized affidavit from your parents stating the same and including their notarized bio pages to prove their identity.
