With a CRS score of 407, I'm told this is a good score to meet eligibility criteria for PR application for the state of Ontario. Could you please clarify?

You are told about Ontario Human Capital Priorities stream. Based on what Ontario states on its site, you look okay to get NOI. However, the current trend is giving NOIs to whom have job offers from companies reside in Ontario above CRS 350.

Its correct however Ontario is inviting applications who have CRS nearby the invitation round which means 430-440.
