I applied through EE to Ontario EE provincial program for french speaking skilled workers. After receiveing NOI though EE system I fulfilled application on Ontarioimmigration province site.
After 2 weeks the status became "decision in the process", than in a month I received a message from Ontario, that I have to submit additional information about French language proficiency. I passed the TEF during 3 sessions within last year and got good score, but immigration officer sais that all 4 tests must be passed at once.
Whether somebody had such situation? The problem is that I cannot pass TEF in 30 days and receive results. How shall I act in this situation? This requirement is not indicated in any Application guide, so I think I can apply to arbitration
