Ontario Expression of Interest vs Tech Draw

I saw this today https://www.cicnews.com/2021/03/ont...-5-immigration-streams-0317292.html#gs.vsfnda and I was wondering if this means that the Tech Draw system will end or are those two separate draws/streams?

Its for non EE streams only, no effect on EE streams. Tech draws will happen as usual.
