I'm gathering the paperwork necessary to exchange my driver's license to ontario. I'm currently licensed in CT, and the DMV has different options for driver history's:

driver's license file information ((Printout of license class,
endorsements, restrictions, original issue date and status.)

Driving History (List of violations and
sanctions - certified)

Driving History (CDL/med cert)

At first I was going to get #2, then realized the ontario requirements don't say it must be "certified", and i'm a bit skeptical with submitting a record with violations. I'm curious if anyone with experience with exchanging licenses would know if either #1 or #3 would be accepted? I am leaning toward getting #1. thoughts?

According to http://www.drivetest.ca/EN/licencing/Pages/Exchanging-a-Reciprocal-Licence.aspx they will do an IRE anyway and I suspect that the violations will show up. You probably need #1.
