Need some advise regarding Annual general meeting or sign resolutions for Ontario Business.
The business was setup via law firm and was recently notified about the need to hold annual general meeting or sign resolutions as per Ontario Business Corporations Act. I couldn't find anything in Ontario's website. Does anyone have experience with this? The business is 100% private, single owner and just 1 employee. What is the process to hold annual general meeting and keep an official track of it?
