Ontario Application returned due to receiving after deadline - What now?

So as the topic reads, Ontario returned my application because it was received after the deadline. As depressing the news is, I need to think of steps ahead. my CRS score is 434, which isn't promising with how the draws are going. My real chance is Ontario.

Now my question is, what do I have to do to get another notification of interest from Ontario? If i keep the same profile would they send me a new notification? Or do I have to create a new profile?

If I create a new profile, would it affect anything else?

Your kind advise is much needed.

Really sorry to hear that, so I guess they are strict about the deadline.
Withdrawing this profile and creating a new profile might theoretically work because the profiles are anonymous when they issue the invites:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/pnp.asp

What we don't know yet though is if they will recognize you from your previous application and hold it against you if you do attempt again.

I would advise you withdraw your profile and create a new one.

I have recreated my profile, and even removed my wife's relatives in Ontario from application (we had some trouble proving relationship as family ID is in Arabic and very old).

So i created my new EE profile on 9 Nov.
Got Ontario invitation on 13 Nov.

Am so happy as i thought i'm not gonna get the invitation again! ;D ;D ;D

I'd advise you to confirm with ontario that if you can submit your application now for 2nd time because your applocation got rejected due to late delivery first time.

Congrats btw on getting PT for 2nd time. You are really lucky to get PT for 2nd time.

Any specific reason why you think he should contact Ontario before submitting an application? Because IMO, his application was not "rejected". It was returned and returned for good but not rejected. I don't see why he needs to inform Ontario about this!!
