Hi, I was in Canada for 3 years, more than 10 years ago, claiming refugee status, it was refused, and we've received a letter with 30 days departure order, which we complied, I have a daughter, who was with us, now she is an adult, at the time of removal she was a minor, and she wants to visit childhood's mates, of course they can grant an invitation letter, she does not want to stay more than 2 months, she is in university, doing very well, excellent grades, so she is highly committed to finish in two years.
For other reasons, I've got an EU passport, also she is going to have it soon. She would not need a visa with this passport. But it will show the country of birth.
So, questions:
1- How does the removal affect her, being a minor at that time?
2- After 10 years, can she apply for a tourist visa with the same nationality?
3- It would be easier to wait for the new nationality?
4- How the birth information on her new passport will affect?
Thanks a lot for the help
