only submitting reference letter as per cic guidelines is enough ? reference letter has employers website, emailid, address, phone number too.

has anyone just submitted reference letters and got pr ?

does cic ask for contract or paystub or tax assesments ? Please share details for fsw outland.

* Your name
* Your company's letterhead
* Your position at the company
* Your tenure at the company
* A description of your responsibilities
* Your payment information
* Is signed by your supervisor

It should be good to go.

It says mr xxx has salarye of fix xxxx per months ( excluding variables) and works 37 hours per week minimum.

It is signed by my area operational managers as HR and my immediate manager did not sign in required format. But due to good relation with superiors i could manager to get letter. But my area operational managers letter has different address than my officee address..would that be okay ?

That works fine, as long as the company letterhead establishes you work for the same company.

Yes, I think so.
As long as you meet all of the requirements I outlined, you'll be good to go. If you feel nervous about the different address, you can always append a Letter of Explanation to your application explaining your situation- your VO will understand, I am sure.
