Only one out of 2 applications approved for parents TRV (Delhi, India). Any ideas ?

I recently applied for my parents TRV and only my father's visa has been approved. There is no update on my mother's application.
I created a family application for both of them with my father as primary and mother as additional member on the new IRCC website based on the new requirements after Sept 7th 2021.
Please suggest what to do ?
