Only New Passport or All Previous passport.

I am applying for new passport which will deliver to me in end of May.
My current passport is also computerized which will expire January 2014.

I need to ask that I should only submit new computerized passport or all passports for applying visa in CHC Islamabad.

Is it possible that I submit only new one where as the old passport I use for travelling until they request me for submit medical test.

apply as soon as you can because you dont have much time for september intact .... 2014 validity is enough because passport must have 6 months validity
