Only IQAS ECA related

I do not have my surname in the passport or any other document, but IQAS asks for the last name. Can anyone give me a proper answer for this as what to use in the last name column? I know we can use dot (.) in WES, but I am a bit sceptical about using that for IQAS as well. Please help.
